This form serves as confirmation of a mutually agreed resolution between you (“the Client”) and Moving By Marcus and all independent labor members on your job (“the Company”) concerning the claim previously brought forward.

As discussed and agreed upon through our recent email and/or text communications, the Company will complete the work and/or issue payment as specified in those messages. This work or payment shall be completed within sixty (60) days from the date of this agreement.

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that this resolution reflects the full and final settlement of all concerns or claims related to the services provided. No further claims or disputes will be pursued by either party regarding this matter after this agreement is executed.

This agreement is entered into in good faith by both parties, and with the intent to fully and finally resolve the matter. Furthermore, by agreeing to this resolution, you also agree to refrain from posting negative reviews or making defamatory or slanderous statements — online or otherwise — against the Company or its representatives. Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate revocation of this offer and could subject you to liability for reputational and financial damages incurred by the Company.
